USA-Engineered Machine Control

The networked machine controller built to outperform imported industrial control hardware.

ZET Systems designs and builds embedded control platforms for OEMs and industrial machinery — starting with our flagship product line: a modular, networked g-code controller engineered and manufactured in the USA, from hobbyist bench tools to industrial, government, and military deployments.

Why It’s Different

One brain. Any front end. No compromises.

Legacy import controllers force a tradeoff between a fixed pendant and a black-box network protocol. Our split-processing architecture removes it.

01

Modular by design

Run it as a pure external network controller, or dock a local status display for on-machine control. Pull the display and the brain keeps every setting, job, and connection — nothing lives only on the screen.

02

Split-processing core

A dedicated real-time motion core handles deterministic step and servo timing, fully isolated from a separate networked supervisory core that runs connectivity, security, and the UI. Neither can stall the other.

03

Secure by default

2.5 Gigabit Ethernet standard on every unit, plus an optional Wi‑Fi 6E module running WPA3‑Enterprise on an isolated network segment — never bridged directly onto the control plane.

Flagship Platform

ZET Keystone & ZET Redoubt

Two trims of the same split-processing platform — sized to the shop, not the other way around.

Hobbyist · Maker · Prosumer

ZET Keystone

The accessible entry point into the ZET platform — full split-processing architecture, standard 2.5GbE, optional Wi‑Fi 6E, and the same CAM ecosystem support as Redoubt, in a package built for hobby and small-shop budgets.

  • Networked g-code control over 2.5GbE or Wi‑Fi 6E
  • Optional local display module
  • Aspire, Fusion 360 & Mastercam compatible

ZET Redoubt

Hardened for the production floor and the mission. Ruggedized enclosure options, expanded I/O, and a Gov configuration engineered toward FIPS 140‑3 Level 2 cryptographic validation for federal and defense deployments.

  • Ruggedized, high-duty-cycle hardware
  • Gov trim engineered toward FIPS 140‑3 Level 2
  • SDVOSB/TXVOSB-eligible procurement channel
